Who We Are

Meet Jason and Stephanie Vawter

A husband-and-wife team who took an unconventional path into entrepreneurship. With master's degrees in music and engineering, we didn’t start with a background in business or real estate.

In February 2020, we launched what started as a real estate investing company with a clear purpose: to invest lavish time into our growing family and build something that would sustain us for years to come. What started as a way to create financial independence has grown into a hands-on, service-driven business built on trust, value, and long-term relationships. We’re passionate about providing high-quality work that earns our customers’ repeat business — not just for the next job, but for years to come.

Jason is a musician, teacher, and handyman with a heart for service. When he’s not remodeling homes or tackling repairs, he’s directing choirs at school and church or mentoring young men through outdoor adventures with Royal Rangers.

Stephanie is our organizational mastermind, running the behind-the-scenes systems with engineering precision. A stay-at-home mom and spreadsheet enthusiast, she brings clarity, creativity, and problem-solving to every part of our business — all while managing a busy home life and enjoying her love of coding, animation, and classic fantasy novels.

We may be unlikely entrepreneurs, but we take pride in doing work the right way — with integrity, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people we serve.
